Kobelco ECU Tuning

Custom ECU remapping for your machine, tuned on the factory ECU by an AgMac dealer near you.

AgMac dealers tune Kobelco excavators across Australia, remapping the factory ECU so SK-Series machines dig and lift with more usable power.

Kobelco machines we tune

Our dealer network develops calibrations for a growing range of Kobelco equipment, including:

  • SK-Series crawler excavators

If your model isn’t listed, talk to your nearest dealer — new engines are added to the AgMac database continually.

What tuning a Kobelco involves

A Kobelco tune recalibrates the factory engine control unit rather than fitting an external module. The aim is usable power and torque under load, sharper hydraulic response and improved fuel efficiency.

Emissions faults, diagnosed and repaired

AgMac dealers can diagnose and repair emissions-system faults on Kobelco machines — fault codes, filter blockages and limp-mode issues — to keep them working. This is repair, not removal of emissions equipment.

What a tune can do for your Kobelco

Pulls harder

More usable power and torque where the machine works — under load, up hills, through heavy going.

Burns less diesel

A calibration matched to your machine can lower fuel use for the same work.

Covers more ground

Sharper response and drivability, so the machine gets more done in a day.

Runs cooler under load

Tuned to help keep operating temperatures in check when it’s working hard.

Check your machine

Is your machine covered?

Pick your type, brand and model to see what’s available. The coverage list is generated from the AgMac portal and grows every week.

Live lookup coming soon

[Placeholder] This lookup will connect to the AgMac portal, where the live brand-and-model list is maintained — integration still to be built. In the meantime, contact your nearest dealer and we’ll confirm your exact machine.
