AgMac dealers tune JCB machinery across Australia — from Fastrac tractors to the diggers and loaders on construction and earthmoving sites — by remapping the factory ECU to suit the job.
JCB machines we tune
Our dealer network develops calibrations for a growing range of JCB equipment, including:
- Fastrac tractors
- Loadall telehandlers
- 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders
- JS excavators and Hydradig
- Wheel loaders
If your model isn’t listed, talk to your nearest dealer — new engines are added to the AgMac database continually.
What tuning a JCB involves
A JCB tune is written to the factory engine control unit rather than added as a plug-in box, so the machine runs on its own electronics. Depending on the model, that can mean more usable power and torque, sharper response and better fuel efficiency for the same work.
Emissions faults, diagnosed and repaired
AgMac dealers can also diagnose and repair emissions-system faults on JCB machines — fault codes, blocked filters and limp-mode problems — to get them working properly. This is repair, not removal of emissions equipment.
