AgMac dealers tune Claas tractors, harvesters and foragers across Australia, writing calibrations to the factory ECU so the machine performs to its potential in local conditions.
Claas machines we tune
Our dealer network develops calibrations for a growing range of Claas equipment, including:
- Arion, Axion and Xerion tractors
- Lexion and Trion combine harvesters
- Jaguar forage harvesters
If your model isn’t listed, talk to your nearest dealer — new engines are added to the AgMac database continually.
What tuning a Claas involves
Tuning a Claas machine means recalibrating its factory engine software, not feeding it altered readings through an external box. We adjust the calibration for more usable power and torque, sharper response and improved fuel efficiency under load.
Emissions faults, diagnosed and repaired
We can also diagnose and repair emissions-system faults on Claas machinery — fault codes, blocked filters and limp-mode issues — to restore proper running. This is fault repair, not emissions removal.
